Start your day off right
People often skip breakfast, but you should fuel your day with a big, healthy breakfast that is full of proteins and vitamins. This will fuel your energy for the rest of the day, and make sure you don’t overdo it at your next meal. This will also make sure your brain is fully awake and will help to lift your energy for the rest of the day.
Stay hydrated
With a busy schedule you can often forget to stay hydrated, so make sure you always have access to water and are consistently drinking it throughout your day. Drinking water has many overall health benefits. To spice up your water we suggest adding in lemon slices and mint.
Walk instead of taking a car
As the weather gets nicer, we suggest walking to your destinations if it’s not too far. There are also tons of parks throughout the city that offer great places to take a pet or to enjoy the sunshine. Walking around is a great way to find out more about the area you are staying, and also allows you to enjoy the scenery. Toronto is also a very accessible city, making walking a great option.

Throughout the warmer months, Toronto has plenty of activities and events that take place that involve exercise and being active. Some of these include runs, bike tours, yoga in the park and much more. Exercise helps your mind and your body to be fit and healthy, and there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy the city and stay active!

Toronto is a city that encourages biking around, with plenty of bike lanes available on all the main roads, and along the waterfront. There are also a number of companies throughout the city that offer short and long-term bike rentals for your enjoyment!
