The Royal
Welcome to The Royal, a spacious 1400-square-foot, two-bedroom, three-bathroom suite, that’s one of our most coveted properties. The building is newly-renovated and was previously The Four Season’s Hotel in Toronto, which was the first Four Season location in the world! The charm and elegance of the building was carefully maintained and no expense was spared during the restoration of this historical Toronto landmark. This building also has quite a few amenities for residents to enjoy, including a gym, a party room, concierge and security services, a conference room, and guest suites.
The Royal features hardwood floors, spacious closets, 8-foot ceilings, and large bay windows that fill the space with natural light and allow for near-panoramic views of the streets below. The kitchen is finished with modern cabinetry, integrated stainless-steel appliances, induction cooktops, ceramic backsplashes, and stone countertops. The bathrooms are designed to be similarly modern with soaker tubs, standing showers, glass doors, and porcelain and stone finishes on the walls and floors.
This suite is in the heart of one of Toronto’s most dynamic neighbourhoods: Yorkville. Yorkville boasts an eclectic mix of luxury condominium apartment buildings, commercial office towers, five-star hotels, theatres, gourmet restaurants, a high-end shopping district, and picture-perfect Victorian homes. Residents will also have easy access to the TTC at both Bloor and Bay subway station. If residents are keen on enjoying Toronto’s cultural scene, they’re in the right place — they’re just around the corner from the Royal Ontario Museum, the Gardiner Museum, Koerner Hall, and the Varsity movie theatre.
