ROB WEETMAN

Stayed for 2.5 months in a TorontoLuxurySuites apartment and the whole experience was fantastic. I was living in Dubai at the time of booking so looking for a place was very difficult, especially with the time difference, but Adam did a great job of finding a place within my budget. The apartment was very nice, fully furnished, and had over and above the normal amenities. The staff were fantastic and the whole move-in/move-out process was very easy. Thanks guys!

My wife and I have been visiting Toronto for the last month and had the pleasure of staying at Toronto Luxury Suites in Yorkville and I would recommend them to anyone visiting Toronto for short or long stays. The suites lack nothing and management leaves nothing to chance. We really enjoyed our stay to the extent that we have book the same suite for my return trip in November. I have no hesitation in giving them my highest recommendation. All arrangements were handled very smoothly and even though our flight was late we were met at the front door upon our arrival.

My experience with Toronto Luxury Suite was no less than a 5 star hotel. It was my first experience with the company, and to be honest, I will always recommend and use this company: its reliable, the management is approachable -they respond to you immediately with any concerns you have and always eager to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. All the staff from the technician to the cleaners are highly professional and efficient. In fact i was pretty impressed with them. I remember on my first day, one of the television in one of the bedrooms was not plugged in properly, i called up the customer service, and with in minutes the team came over and took care of it. And i was informed that the cleaners will come after every 2 weeks, but reality, they came after every10 days, which was a bonus point.

I approached to the company when i was desperately looking for a short term place for my visiting family. Thats when i had a chance to speak to Lia(one of the owners of the company), she was the nicest person, in fact i would call her a life saver! The reason I will call her that is because, the time when my family was coming was a peak season for the city, simply because of "Tiff festival" , and most hotels were over booked or highly over priced. So when i spoke to her, she informed me that they were over booked and only had 1 unit available, which was not going to be ready for another week or so. On my request, she agreed to get it ready before they arrived. And i do not know how she got the place ready in just 2 days, it was close to impossible.

Also, pictures do not do justice to the interior selections . The interior was mostly white, very modern and very elegant. The interior designer( who i found out was Lia herself), had put a great deal of thought to each and very minute detail from the chandlers to table layouts and decorations. Absolutely breath taking!!

I am so glad i discovered the company, especially since my family was visiting Toronto for the first time, and now will be visiting more frequently. This company's accommodations set the standards very high for the city. And before my family left, they said " the apartments were better than most 5 star hotels and the service was even beyond that!."
